Zoopharmacognosy - innate self-selection
Zoopharmacognosy is the offering of essential oils, aromatic plants, algae, clay and other natural remedies for self-selection. This innate ability allows the animal to select what it needs to bring itself back into balance both physically and emotionally; looking after itself as it would have done in the wild.
We love and care for our animals wanting only the very best, but sometimes events beyound our control causes them emotional upset and stress. Today's domestication and controlled environments inhibit the animal's ability to roam and forage as it would have done to bring itself back into harmony; Zoopharmacognosy gives them back this innate natural ability.

Testimonial: Bayley, 6 year old German Shepherd x Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
My first introduction to Fiona was through Damory Vets in 2008, as I needed help with Bayley's behaviour. Bayley was very nervous of traffic and as I live on main road she became too scared to venture far from the security of the garden.
But, with Fiona's help that all changed, and as I have two other dogs, Fiona has really changed our lives and I can now take all three out for long walks by the river.
In October 2009 Bayley was diagnosed with lymphoma. I wasn't sure if I could put her through chemotherapy or even steroid treatment. I contacted Fiona for advice.
I wasn't aware at the time that Fiona practiced Zoopharmacognosy, but she soon came to visit Bayley. The natural remedies selected by Bayley have really worked. The swelling in the lymph glands gradually reduced and now she's lump free.
I took Bayley to the vets earlier this week and I was told that she no longer has cancer!!!! What a result. The vet said that science doesn't always get it right.
But I know better. Thanks Fiona

Testimonial: All well with us; the dogs are in great form. Have noticed a lot of improvement. Jack is clearly much happier. The black patch is no longer hot and he seems much looser when he moves and sits. He doesn't squeal when he moves or gets up and is much less jumpy and nervous. His coat has improved and the bald patches are growing back.
